The horse and rider models in the Hobby Horse catalogs are not professionals. Well, they're professionals at some things, just not modeling! We think our clothes look great on 'real people' like you, and that's why we don't use pro models, trainer's wives, or other celebrity types to show off our products.

Kristal likes 'Awesome Aubergine' on her Pinto half-Arabians and Quarter horse friends. A many-time Hobby model, Kristal is a mom, graphic designer and web master specializing in equine sites. This girl is guaranteed to add some of her zany humor to every photo shoot, and recently starred in the very funny underground DVD 'Hobby Horse 2005 Photo Shoot" as The Diva.

Ronalyn enjoys 'Smooth Whiskey' and having fun. She's a sales rep and also a horse parent. Ronalyn's Mom, Carole, is a designer for Hobby Horse and the two can also be found at wholesale trade shows with the company's wares. Ronalyn recently made her big-screen (OK, medium-screen) debut in the 'Hobby Horse 2005 Photo Shoot' DVD as The Queen of Hobby Horse.

Brittney loves to ride and show, and has a gorgeous golden partner for both with her spotless palomino Appaloosa Tiger Max. They show in all western and hunt seat youth events. Brittney usually keeps Tiger in shape at home, then hauls out for lessons- which keeps the high school senior busy but closely connected to her dream horse. Good luck at the big shows this year, Brittney!

Brandy's got the 'Midnite Blues' in this year's catalog. Just completing her degree in communications, Brandy enjoys travel and mentoring other horsewomen who hope to follow in her successful footsteps as a Miss Rodeo America. Best of luck with all your endeavors, Brandy!

Cecilia's 'Green With Envy' but not really! She loves her busy life as a businesswoman and trainer, and models with versatile Paint partner Parr's Lucky Money. Cecilia manages a large automotive specialty concern, but finds time to ride and show Appaloosas and Paints as well.

Kristin's 'Colorful Companions' include hunters and reining horses, and her co-model champion Quarter horse Bugzilla. Kristin's a human resources specialist by day, but she rides and shows as time allows. Hobby Horse has made Kristin's chaps since she was in walk-trot classes!

Audi wears 'Black to the Future' with beautiful black co-model Glow In The Dark, an ApHC mare. Audi and her husband Travis are both horse professionals and recently purchased a ranch to house their growing collection of roping and barrel racing stars. Speaking of stars... Audi also finds time to pursue her interest in stunt and extra work in Hollywood.

Cover Girl Tiffany sports a 'Raspberry Array' with her best buddy Unzip My Heart. Now a college girl, Tiffany keeps Louie at home and shows in open and AQHA shows as time permits. Yes, the tip of this Zippo Pine Bar son's right ear is missing- his momma stepped on it when he was a little foal, but it just ads to Louie's amusing personality.

Dixie sees 'Golden Opportunities' in the horse business, and with her friend Chex of Gold. A horse show mom and grandma (and inspiration to all who know her) Dixie has ridden all her life and keeps horses for show and pleasure. Dixie owns a stable bedding company and enjoys visiting with tack shops and horse owners around the west.

Julie models 'Sorrel Sensations' with her young Quarter horse Almost Predictable. 'Bentley' is a son of Julie's great stallion (and frequent Hobby Horse model) Predictability. Julie's the all-time champion Hobby Horse model, making her 15th annual appearance! When not showing in southern California shows or busy with her Jack Russells, she's a fuel boom operator in the Air National Guard.

Jan personifies 'Elegance Plus' and has inspired others for many years in the Hobby Horse catalogs. A professional trainer, Jan thinks her annual 'glamour girl' appearance at our photo shoots is a hoot, and we love it because she brings a trailer full of beautiful horses that are bathed, banded and ready to go!

Kathy is a new face for our catalog this year modeling Plus sizes. A former show girl, now a new and busy mom, Kathy had fun getting 'suited up' again in our new Hobby Horse styles. Welcome, Hobby Girl Kathy!

Kelly is the consummate 'Show Girl' with her POA ponies. She enjoys competing in every class available, from jumping to gymkhana; pleasure to showmanship...and she excels in all with many state, national, and world titles to her name. Kelly shares her modeling duties with sister Jamie and horse show pal Lauren in this year's catalog.

Our Miss Rodeo America's—Brandy, Tara, Lori, and Darci—are not only outstanding ambassadors for the sport of rodeo, they're great ladies too. Always ready with a smile and winning attitude, our rodeo royalty have made Hobby Horse's involvement with the MRA group a pleasure.

At this time, we do all our photography here in southern California, and can only consider models who live (with their horses) in the Los Angeles area.
