Next day and second day shipping internet orders placed before 7 am (California time), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day unless there is question or concern with your order. transit time

All orders are shipped via FedEx ground or expedited service. Sorry, but we can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Saturday and Sunday should not be used to calculate the number of days for a delivery.

Rush rates apply to packages under 20 lbs. Heavier packages will be charged additional as applicable. A signature is required for all rush shipping services unless you have a signature release on file.

International Shipping Charges

Hobby Horse ships international retail orders via FedEx International Economy Service. This service takes between 2-5 business days but the delivery time is not guaranteed!!! The shipment is automatically insured for up to $500. We charge actual shipping cost plus a handling fee of $10 per box. This fee covers all paperwork including certificates of origin, duplicate invoices, etc. that your country may require.

Note: International customers must select International FedEx Economy as shipping method or your order can not be processed. The shipping amount appearing on your web checkout is an estimate based on the order total. The actual cost of shipping is based on weight, which can be determined after your order is packed and weighed. We will notify you if actual shipping charges are higher than estimated. Recipient is responsible for all customs, duties and fees that may be attached by the postal service or carrier. Visit www.fedex.com to estimate costs, based on an average weight of one pound per garment and four pounds per blanket or chaps.

We suggest you visit our international dealer listing to find a store that carries Hobby Horse within your country. These dealers may have what you want in stock, and can often save you money by combining your special orders with other orders for reduced shipping costs.
