Dress for the Show with Our CEO

Hobby Horse CEO, Kristin Titov, selected her outfits for her and Pickles Ranch Riding debut. Read on for pro tips and ensemble inspo you can use for your next event!

Stepping into a new event for the 1st time is always challenging, but it helps to feel like you look your best!

For Ranch Horse events fabulous denim, western wild rags, and brown tones are a great place to start! For my 1st outfit, I used the Catori Saddle Blanket in Sky and Chocolate Split Leather Chaps as a starting point. The colors compliment Pickles' golden coat perfectly! Under my chaps I wore the Kimes Ranch Sarah Jeans - they are my absolute favs! The fit of the high waist is so flattering and perfect for under my chaps. Then I selected a Kimes Ranch denim shirt to draw on the blue color in the saddle blanket. To pull it all together and give the outfit that extra western flair I added the Squash Blossomed Wild Rag in Chocolate. I absolutely love wild rags! They are so versatile and fun!

For my outfit the next day I stuck with the Chocolate Split Leather Chaps and Kimes Sarah Jeans, but this time I went for a Pearle Blouse in White. The stretchy fabric of the Pearle is so comfortable and didn't show any sweat even though it was 89 degrees with 87% humidity! Plus the pearl snaps on the cuffs add a fun western detail. Then I added the Jeweled Jackalope Wild Rag to tie in with the creams and teals in the saddle blanket.

Pickles and I had so much fun at this new event! We look forward to more ranch riding classes (and outfits!) in 2023. Do you have any suggestions for pieces that can be found on the Hobby Horse website that we should consider for future outfits?
