Shipping Information

Orders shipped via ground delivery service in the continental United States generally take between 1 and 6 business days TRANSIT TIME. Processing and packaging orders may add up to 4 days to total shipping time for ground delivery service. Events beyond our control such as weather delays may affect transit times. If time is critical, please consider expedited shipping services.

Next day and second day shipping internet orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day unless there is question or concern with your order.

All orders are shipped via ground or expedited service. Saturday and Sunday should not be used to calculate the number of days for a delivery.

We do not ship orders on Federal Holidays as well.

Rush rates apply to packages under 20 lbs. Heavier packages will be charged additional as applicable.

Surcharges are added for oversized items which include hats, saddle blankets and other items indicated in the catalog or on our site. These surcharges are in addition to regular shipping rates and will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.

For Colorado Residents: Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax.


International Shipping Charges

Hobby Horse ships international orders via International Economy Service. This service typically takes between 2-5 business days, but the delivery time is not guaranteed. International shipping rates are charged as quoted when your order is placed.

Please Note: Recipient is responsible for all customs, duties and fees that may be attached by the postal service or carrier.

To find a store that carries Hobby Horse within your country, please visit our dealer locator. These dealers may have what you want in stock, and can often save you money by combining your special orders with other orders for reduced shipping costs.

Guarantee & Returns

Our guarantee policy allows you to choose whether or not an item is right for you, and also helps us operate efficiently, which keeps our costs lower to you.

Merchandise must be unworn and unaltered. Sale items can be exchanged for Hobby Horse credit; please contact our customer service representatives for a custom return label. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Digital Gift Cards are also non-refundable. All customers will be subject to a return label fee if used.

Returns may be made for any reason within 10 days of receipt. Please use the form enclosed with your package for a return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be unworn and unaltered. Please INSURE or TRACK any return parcels.

Sale and discounted items can be exchanged for Hobby Horse credit only. NO REFUND on sale and discounted items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How To Return an Item

Click 'Request A Return' below to look up your order and receive a printable return label. Print out the pre-paid return label and affix it to the outside of your package. Drop your package off at any certified carrier drop-off location. No additional postage required. A $7.00 fee will be automatically deducted for the return shipping cost when you use our Return Label. This service is only available in the United States.

Order Status

After your order has been placed, email notifications will be sent to you via the email address that was provided once your order has processed, shipped, and delivered. Tracking information will be provided when the order has shipped from the warehouse. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and show the status as "Shipped." You may utilize your customer account to access your order history and information by selecting the "My Account" button at the top of our website and logging in. However, if you do not have an account or have further questions about your order status, please use the button below or the "Help" icon to contact our customer service team.


If you have purchased an item listed as "Pre-Order", please note that the item will be delivered to you on or before the shipping date indicated on the product page. Please note, shipping dates are subject to change but rest assured, our team will work to provide the most accurate shipping data. If your order contains more than one item, any available item will ship separately.

If, for some reason there is a delay in shipping your product, you will be notified via email with a new estimated shipping date.

Once your order is processed, you will be charged for the item and no further changes can be made. If you choose to cancel or adjust your pre-ordered item, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Should you choose to return your pre-ordered item, Hobby Horse will accept returns on Pre-Orders within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Pre-Order items can be returned for a refund to your original payment within 60 days after placing the order. If the Pre-Order item is returned past 60 days, it will only be eligible for store credit. Please review the estimated shipping date before placing your order.
