Shipping Information

Ground Shipping: Orders shipped via ground delivery service in the continental United States generally take between 2 and 10 business days TRANSIT TIME. Processing and packaging orders may add up to 4 days to total shipping time for ground delivery service. Events beyond our control such as weather delays may affect transit times. If time is critical, please consider expedited shipping services.

Expedited Shipping: We offer 2 day and Overnight Shipping options. 2 day and Overnight refer to transit time, not time before shipping.  All expedited orders will ship one business day after the order is placed.  Expedited orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays so please factor that into your timeline when choosing a shipping option.

All orders are shipped via ground or expedited service.

Saturday and Sunday and Holidays should not be used to calculate the number of days for a delivery.

Rush rates apply to packages under 20 lbs. Heavier packages will be charged additional as applicable.

Surcharges are added for oversized items which include hats, saddle blankets and other items indicated in the catalog or on our site. These surcharges are in addition to regular shipping rates and will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.

For Colorado Residents: Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax.

International Shipping Charges


Hobby Horse ships international orders via International Economy Service. This service typically takes between 2-15 business days, but the delivery time is not guaranteed. International shipping rates are charged as quoted when your order is placed.

Please Note: Recipient is responsible for all customs, duties and fees that may be attached by the postal service or carrier.

To find a store that carries Hobby Horse within your country, please visit our dealer locator. These dealers may have what you want in stock, and can often save you money by combining your special orders with other orders for reduced shipping costs.

*All Kimes Ranch products are unavailable for International Shipping.





Exchanges & Returns

Our policy allows you to choose whether or not an item is right for you, and also helps us operate efficiently, which keeps our costs lower to you.

Returns: Merchandise must be unworn and unaltered with tags intact.  Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Digital Gift Cards are also non-refundable.. Unwashed, unworn items not marked “Final Sale” may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt. All Returns are subject to a $7.00 fee that is automatically deducted when you submit your return.

Exchanges: We offer free “Instant Exchanges”  for any reason within 30 days of purchase of unwashed, unworn merchandise not marked “Final Sale” Using our return portal link below, you may choose the exchange option and will not be charged the return label fee for the returned item.

Final Sale: Items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.  This includes clearance items, certain Kimes Ranch merchandise as marked, and custom made items.


How To Return or Exchange an Item

Click 'Request A Return' below to look up your order and receive a printable return label. Print out the pre-paid return label and affix it to the outside of your package. Drop your package off at any certified carrier drop-off location. No additional postage required. This service is only available in the United States.



International Returns

You may ship back eligible unwashed/unworn items with tags within 10 days of receipt with your own shipping label.  Please email customerserv@hobbyhorseinc.com with tracking information to ensure timely processing of your return/refund.




Order Status

After your order has been placed, email notifications will be sent to you via the email address that was provided once your order has processed, shipped, and delivered. Tracking information will be provided when the order has shipped from the warehouse. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and show the status as "Shipped." You may utilize your customer account to access your order history and information by selecting the "My Account" button at the top of our website and logging in. However, if you do not have an account or have further questions about your order status, please use the button below or the "Help" icon to contact our customer service team.
