Our Guarantee Covers Products That Meet the Following Requirements:
- The garment has a Hobby Horse label.
- It was purchased on the Hobby Horse website and includes a Hobby Horse order number.
- The garment is associated with an order placed within the last 12 months.

Need a repair?
Hobby Horse covers the cost of mending and round-trip shipping for covered Hobby Horse labeled items purchased within the last 12 months.
Drop it in the mail.
Mail your item to the address provided in the confirmation email. Shipping label will be provided in your confirmation email.
Repaired + Returned
Your item will be repaired by a vetted group of small, women-owned businesses in the United States. Once complete, you'll receive your item back by mail, as good as new!
