Pre-Order Policy

When Will My Item Ship? 

If you have purchased an item listed as "Pre-Order", please note that the item will be delivered to you on or before the shipping date indicated on the product page. Please note, shipping dates are subject to change but rest assured, our team will work to provide the most accurate shipping data. If your order contains more than one item, any available item will ship separately.

If, for some reason there is a delay in shipping your product, you will be notified via email with a new estimated shipping date.

When Will I Be Charged?

Once your order is processed, you will be charged for the item and no further changes can be made. If you choose to cancel or adjust your pre-ordered item, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Can I Return My Pre-Ordered Item?

Should you choose to return your pre-ordered item, our standard return policy will apply; Hobby Horse will accept returns on Pre-Orders within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Pre-Order items can be returned for a refund to your original payment within 60 days from placing the order. If the Pre-Order item is returned past 60 days from purchase, it will only be eligible for store credit. Please review the estimated shipping date before placing your order.
